Globe life and accident insurance Want pay the claim for my mom death Oklahoma Oklahoma

Hi my name is Debbie h and my mom passed away the last of July 2013.We bury my mom August 6,2013.I contacted globe life to report my mom deceased.They told me to mail her death certificate and policy and I did just that.They claim they mailed the check out to her home address.Remind you my mom is deceased and that address doesnt exist.So I contacted them again and told them we never received the check.the representatives says oh it was sent back and it's sitting on the claims desk.So I gave them the new address to send it and once again they say they sent it a month went by no check so I am calling everyday trying to find out what's going on.The representative says it's pending then they will say its processing.So August,September,October,November and now December we still haven't received my mom check.I think it's unfair why globe life want pay off the claim.My mom had her policy since 2009 and never missed a payment.I need some help,because globe life keep telling lies about the issue of my mom check and now they want issue it all.They telling me to call back the first of the year.We have my mom bills to pay and other things to pay for my mom death and I am tired of these people giving us the run around and it's not fair.I lost my mom and I need some help to get my mom claim check issued.So if there is anyone that can help me please contact me.
