I ordered this company's "TRIAL" order on 1/23/09, it was delivered to me on 2/4/09. Inside the envelope, I received 2 bottles of the Acai Berry Edge, along with an invoice for the $3.04 Shipping and Handling fee that I agreed to pay. In VERY SMALL PRINT below, there was a notice that the company intended to charge my credit card $82.22 to complete my payment for these two bottles.

I never agreed to pay this amount, I agreed to the trial period.

On Feb 4, 2009, I sent an email to their "Contact US email address... It came back as a bad email address.

I finally found the correct email address on 2/9/09 and sent an email requesting they cancel my order and send me an RA number so I can send their garbage back. I was VERY CLEAR in my email that I wanted someone to reply to me that my request was received. by 2/11/09, NO RESPONSE.

On 2/11/09, I forwarded my original email, with the request again, to verify that my request was received. NO RESPONSE.

On 2/12/09, I forwarded my original email, with the request again, to verify that my request was received. NO RESPONSE.

On 2/13/09, I called the number, after sitting on hold for 43 minutes, I get a human being named Donna, who doesn't have a clue what is going on, other than they have already billed my credit card.

I asked to talk to a Supervisor, she transfers me to some other department, where I wait an additional 30 minutes on hold. I finally reached some woman named Stephanie who tells me the same thing the first idiot tells me. "Until we get our product back, we wont give you your money back". I said, do you people ever read your emails? She said, "I think so". Good lord, but this time I am livid.

Long story short, I get transferred to a Supervisor who is the rudest man I have ever talked to. This jerks name is Robert. He tells me that there is nothing he can do for me until they get their product back. Yes they got my email, no they do not respond in writing, I have to call them. It's my fault that I got charged because I should have called sooner.

PEOPLE: Don't waste your money or your time on this product, it doesn't work and they are all a bunch of idiots who works there.......

We understand that you may have been having a problem reaching our company. We sincerely apologize for this issue which has since been resolved. It appears that you may have sent multiple emails and did not receive a response from our company. You spoke with multiple representatives who advised you to return your products for reimbursement. The original request made through email was to receive a return authorization number to send back your shipment. In reading your statement it appears as though you were requesting a refund to be issued for the products that had not yet been returned. As most companies do require, our company also requires the return of products to be able to process a refund.

The trial offer you ordered from explained on the order page how this trial offer works. You pay just the shipping and handling at the time you order. If you return the unused portion of the trial bottles within the trial period then you are not billed anything further. If you keep the products then you are billed for the products kept. We give you an additional 9 days after the 21 day trial period ends in which the products can be returned to us for a refundmore time than the 21 days advertised to return your order. If a resolution has not yet been reached we would like to offer further assistance, please contact customer service at 1-800-595-4670.
