GOGODROPSHIP GOGO DROP SHIP OVERCHARGED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF OREM Utah

I was referred to GoGodropship by my internet coaching company, Catalyst Coaching.  To get my business started with retailing on the internet, I hired an internet coaching company, and a supplier consulting company, GoGodropship. 

GoGodropship did take advantage of me and over charged me. I paid for a year of consultation and barely got any help with my product niche. They were supposed to coach me on suppliers, and they gave me a list to work on.  I did not find any suppliers that were in my product niche.  The 12 or so suppliers I contacted were not interested in doing business with me. GoGodropship ignored my calls and did not follow through with what they said they would do.  They said they were going to give me a refund.  But since they have ignored me and have given me very poor service, I don't trust them to send me a check.  I am hoping the charge-backs stick.

I paid for unlimited access and one year of consultation.  I logged on a few times, but did not find what I needed for my business.  The one year of consultation where they said call them back when I get a supplier, and access to numerous suppliers that are not interested in doing business with small potatoes is not what I thought I was going to get for my investment with GoGodropship.

 These companies (Catalyst, GoGodropship, Prime Corporate Services) brag they work with large companies.  I think I was just small potatoes for them.  I have been set up with suppliers that are more in my league, and the working relationship is great.  They took no interest in working with me once I had paid them.

I am seeking a refund of $3500 from the $5000 I paid them originally.  I will pay the $1500 for having logged on a few times and going to a seminar they held.  I do not wish to pay them anymore than $1500 because they did not follow through with what they said I would get if I purchased the unlimited.  They don’t seem interested in me or my business, just the money.  I am irritated at being over charged and taken advantage of.

Consultations were supposed to be once a week for thirty minutes for one year.  After a few phone conversations for less than thirty minutes, and a few emails, I was told to keep trying on my own and call back when I had found my own niche supply/supplier.  I paid for product niche consulting to give me progress in finding a product niche and suppliers.  I was only given a few instructions and told to call back when I was successful.  The product niche consultations came to a close after only a few weeks.  I was given a list of suppliers but was not accepted because I had no prior business history for the dropshipping program. It doesn't say anywhere in the contract that the conference was part of the cost.  I was told that they chose me for the conference. I did attend the conference and was told the cost was $1500.  So I am looking for a refund of $3500 that is default payment to them because they did fulfill their contract and did not return my calls and did not answer the chat window for questions.

I contacted GOGODROPSHIP in an email about cancelling on January 23, 2014. It was only after the last email where he rescinded the refund, and kept calling me repeatedly with many comments about my character - like the ones above - and then finally divulging financial agreements between me and another company I was doing business with. That is when I called the receptionist and told her I wanted to talk to his boss and that I had been violated by information he had about me and another company. There is nothing in the original contract about the membership and the seminar.  I was overcharged and taken advantage of by this company, and treated very badly I think.
