After speaking with Beverly to confirm what my mother had told me, I went on-line to the web site of the Secretary of State of California; no such business name registered. Further, no such business listing in the Monterey, California Yellow Pages. I also contacted my mother's bank to advise them to be on watch for any large withdrawals and promptly call me if any appear. I have made a report to the FBI and local police department here in Sacramento, California.
