If you are having problems with your feet/knees/back etc....do not go to the GFS. Do a Google search before GFS extorts $300 from you for a product that may or may not correct your problem. I purchased Walk-fit online after wearing GFS orthodic for two months. Walk-fit is only $35 and does the job.
I tried to take the GFS product back to them to exchange it for something else to see it it would work. They refused to do any sort of exchange because I was outside of the 30 trial period. Not nearly enough time to determine if the GFS product would correct foot pain.
STAY AWAY FROM GFS!!!

Attention Ron: Company Privacy Policy Violation.

AUTHOR: Dan - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, December 08, 2017

I am appalled that you have the audacity to use customer personal information in a public forum to respond to an unsatisfactory review of your business.

This is a clear violation of The Good Feet Store company policy regarding use of private/personal customer information.   More to come....

I was shocked to see that The Good Feet Store in Columbus would publish one of their customer's full names, and list his place of business in a rebuttal to a negative review. That was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen, and likely a breech of their own Privacy Statement.

I was recently informed from an enthused, satisfied, & happy customer that he read this misconstrued report before coming into our store. We always try to do our utmost in customer service so that our customers feel they have value for their money & are satisfied with their investment in their health. I am sorry to see that Mr. Dan Roseler (of Roseler Enterprises Landscape Architect Associates') incorrect assumptions led him to this malicious posting. I assume that the reader having intelligence themselves would not be swayed with this type of erroneous opinion based solely on Mr. Dan Roseler's personal decree without experiencing first off our amazing products themselves.

Mr. Dan Roseler said he was outside the 30 day trail period even though he signed our store policy agreement & so he knew he had sixty days for an exchange. When asked if he had an appointment he became agitated & discourteously to a room full of our customers & stormed out. We never had a chance to say; despite the fact that he purchased 9/27/08 & now four months later (128 days) on 2/2/09 he wants an exchange we would still work with him! This offer is still open even though as of 6/18/09 it is now 273 days since his purchased. Dan please call for an appointment & I'll personally make the exchange you wanted; also, bring in your Walk-Fit & I'll demonstrate the quality of our product in comparison.

Of course Mr. Dan Roseler does not literally' think we extort' (definition; to obtain something such as money or information from somebody by using force, threats, or other unacceptable methods) from our customers as if we run a Mafia' retail operation? We merely present our 3-step arch support system' in a friendly professional manner with no sales pressure & then it is up to you, our valued customer, being the mature self responsible adults that you are to make an informed decision whether to buy based upon practical self evidence & your own experience.

Real orthotics' or arch supports' need to be personally fitted according to arch size & the four arches of the foot; not by ordering by phone or on the web, or buying over the counter, or stepping on the latest computer' gimmick in department stores from your shoe size!?

I researched Walk-Fit' that Dan is recommending for you on the internet & found what other people are saying about them. 3 Mar 2009 - Amanda of Illinois, U.S.A. writes: this (Walk-Fit) company isn't very good with shipping or payment they are actually very rude to you and trust me watch what you order cause they will add something to get more money. 19 Feb 2009 - Kris of WY, U.S.A writes: (Walk-Fit) worst ever, these things are crap. 7 Jan 2009 - Ulrich of Kentucky, United States writes: These folks (Walk-Fit) should be put on National television and exposed for what they are scam artists in action. Walk Fit and its customer service are deplorable, rude, Absolutely the worst (Walk-Fit) . 5 Jan 2009 - gale of Florida, U.S.A writes: then i return them (Walk-Fit), no money yet, but there is hope to get your money back: contact your state's general attorney, and he will contact them, you will have your money back. So painful, (Walk-Fit) cheap product. (Walk-Fit) 2 Jan 2009 - Gary of CA, US writes (Walk-Fit) THIS IS A RIP-OFF, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS (Walk-Fit) COMPANY I was overcharged for Shipping. (Walk-Fit) Very rude hung up on me I would never do business with this company (Walk-Fit) again and recommend that no one else does. It is companies (Walk-Fit) like this that give infomercials a bad name 20 Oct 2008 - Ron of CA, USA writes Now two months later I have not received a refund they (Walk-Fit) are looking for any excuse to keep the product and my money too. Don't trust this company (Walk-Fit) to honor their return policy. 22 Aug 2008 - Alice of Florida, USA writes: I am so very disappointed. (Walk-Fit) This (Walk-Fit) totally sucks and makes you question ordering online ever again 19 Aug 2008 - Robert of Kansas, USA writes: Would not recommend buying from this company (Walk-Fit). They (Walk-Fit) started sending me the joint supplement that I had not ordered. (Walk-Fit) Unhappy customer 11 Aug 2008 - Dilcia of NY, USA writes: They (Walk-Fit) are lousy and do not credit your account. I would not recommend this company (Walk-Fit) to anyone 27 Jul 2008 - Sara of California, United States writes: Walk Fit is useless and they overcharged me I should know better than to order anything from an (Walk-Fit) infomercial. 16 May 2008 - Anne of Florida, United States writes: (Walk-Fit) Very Dissatisfied the appearance of the (Walk-Fit) product did not appear to be the quality I expected. 16 Apr 2008 - Cyndi of Arizona, USA writes this (Walk-Fit) is a waste of money. The (Walk-Fit) insole is a lousy product (Walk-Fit. If you're not careful, they (Walk-Fit) rope you into a monthly refill of the joint support formula, and it's hard to get them (Walk-Fit) to stop sending it and billing you. 24 Mar 2008 - Teresa of MI, USA writes in my opinion they (Walk-Fit) are worthless don't waste your money (Walk-Fit). Pure torture 16 Dec 2007 - Robin of Pennsylvania, USA writes: (Walk-Fit) PAINFUL 17 Jun 2007 - Alex of Texas, USA writes: (Walk-Fit) No Good! 19 Jan 2008 - Carl of New York, USA writes: (Walk-Fit) Scam, Scam, Scam this product (Walk-Fit) is garbage. Also, all the good reviews on this website are posted by Walk fit employees. There is absolutely no one who is actually satisfied with this (Walk-Fit) product.

Mr. Dan Roseler said he paid $35 for his plastic Walk Fit orthodics' (as he calls them)? I'd say he was rip off' for being over-charged seventy five percent more than everyone else who paid the actual price of $19.99!? You get what you pay for; simple as that!

Here's my challenge to anyone come to The Good Feet Store in Columbus & if I can not show you better balance, alignment, & strength with our Good Feet products I will reimburse you $19.99 for your Walk Fit. Also, we will take your Walk Fit & less the price you paid for the purchase of our Good Feet 3-step real arch support' system. In fact bring in any of your foot inserts & we'll work out a discount on a trade.

When you want help with your foot related problems don't play games with your health make room in your budget for a real' solution at the Good Feet Store; come in for a free foot analysis, free foot print, & personal custom fit, with no obligation to buy, & experience for yourself true' value. At certain times & depending on all other factors associated with your condition you may need additional therapy from your foot doctor, chiropractors, orthopedist, or MD. (Doctors please stop by to be put on our referral list.) We do recommend many great foot doctors in the Columbus area.
