GOOD LOCKSMITH AND SECURITY Scammers Golden Valley Minnesota

I locked my keys in my vehicle. I called this company using 411 from my cell phone. They told me they could not quote a price over the phone and that the locksmith had to look at my vehicle first. They said he was close and would be there in 20 minutes.

Over an hour later he arrives. Driving a NON-commercial vehicle and not wearing a uniform of any type.

He states that the lock out service is $120 and the service fee for him arriving at all is another $50. I told him forget it. There was no way I was paying that and that it was a scam.

Happenstance, I am parked in the Golden Valley DMV lot. I told this guy if he wanted a service fee to walk over with me to the police station that is in the opposite lot, because by police order was the only way he would get it.

Of course he refuses to do it, so I walked over anyway to see what the police say. I figure if its the law I will pay it. The officer at the desk said no way, and that he would not pay it either.

When i go back out the locksmith is gone. I called my wife so that she could find me a legitimate company. While talking to her the locksmith comes back and starts negotiating with me. I got him to do it for $100 but without a receipt.

A few hours later the locksmith office called but the name on caller ID reads ESTHER HAZAN. So we discuss what happened and I told him I felt they were fraudsters and I was going to do my best to expose them. The conversation got heated, him threatening me with police action and my begging him to do it. I called him a fraud and thief, and his reply (Indian accent BTW) "Your Mother is a thief" Like a little kid.

Well I pumped and called his mom a h*o and I hung up. Now he keeps calling my line and hanging up. I have filed a police report for harassment and am working hard to expose this piece of garbage. Make sure you dont blindly call 411 for a locksmith. Apparently its a scummy industry.
