Las VegasLas Vegas Nevada *NOTICE.. this ripoff has nothing to do with Google - many ripoff businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

GOOGLE MONEY PROFIT/RAVEN MEDIA/GROWING RICH WITH GOOGLE ripped off my debit card by deceptively using the GOOGLE LOGO to intice me to give them $1.95 for a CD to cover the cost of shipping and handling. It was marketed as "Growing Rich with GOOGLE". You could get the CD only for $1.95 or if you commited, you could get some sort of "monthly" service for an additional $39.95/mo.
They stated that there was no obligation for the "monthly" service and that if you gave them your account information they would only charge $1.95 for the CD shipping and handling .
I then found out that they did continue to charge my account, without authorization, $39.95 for this "monthly" service. I attempted to contact them and was put on hold for twenty minutes and then dropped from my call! I then called back and spoke to a real person, after another 15 minute wait. This person said I "had agreed" to the charges against my account and I was not entitled to a refund. I told her I definitely did not sign up for this service or authorize payment for same. I also told her that she was involved with a scam operation and unless she was one of the crooks involved she should find another job.
I have since reported this to my bank and will be be made whole in this matter. I intend to notify GOOGLE of how their good name is being used and abused by this fraudulant organization. My motivation now is to put this operation out of business and the people behind it in jail!

The trial period is free for 7 days and we would not have charged Ed had he canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.
When you order our product you must select "Ship My FREE Kit!". Right next to that button is the following statement:
Terms and Disclosures. By clicking "Ship My FREE Kit!" I am ordering the Google Money Profit CD and trial membership for one dollar and ninety-five cents S&H, after the seven-day trial I will be charged thirty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I also agree to the fourteen day and twenty one day bonus trials to Grant Master and Network Agenda for seven dollars and ninety-five cents a month and nine dollars and ninety five cents a month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions. Charges will appear on credit/debit statements as "Growing Rich W/ Google." Cancel any time at 866-396-5695.
I have located Ed's account and have verified that he contacted customer service and his account was resolved to his satisfaction.
