Placed an order on 01/02/11 with these guys. I wrote them an email a few days later asking why it was not shipped yet, never got a response but I did get an automated email the next day saying my order was shipped on 01/07/11. It is now the ninth USPS shipping day (They say you should get your package in 6-9 days), im not expecting the package though, especially after reading all these reports on them with the same exact situation. Will end up doing a charge back later or tomorrow.

Wrote them 2 emails, never got a response. Tried there phone number a bunch of times out of curiosity since people said they dont answer and of course, I got no answer. Just an answering machine.

I tried this site just to save $2 or so over CondomDepot.com and I wont be doing that anymore. If you want to order from a reputable site then just go to condomdepot.com. I placed an order from them on the exact day I placed an order with condomman, got the condoms from condomdepot almost 2 weeks ago at this point. I have used them in the past as well.

Got the free condoms

So, I got a package, brown envelope with bubble wrap inside of it on 01/22/11 (I got the refund and email saying they were going to send the package out for free on 01/19/11) Sender on the envelope is listed as green web properties. So they did give me the refund and the condoms for free, but look what I had to go through to get it. I mean who knows if I still would have ever gotten to talk to a person if I had not seen the email listed that paypal had for the merchant, and tried contacting that one. To go over one thing in the email, how he said he is resending the package. Why lie at this point, the order never went out in the first place, that is obvious.

From what the person was saying though, like how the company experienced tremendous growth in the past 6 months, that could be believable since it seems like that is when the complaints started, but this company has ALOT more to work on then just "slow" shipping times, extremely slow shipping times.... and possibly no shipping at all according to other complaints. You also cant get ahold of anyone via email (the contact form thing) or telephone (supposed to be 24/7 customer supp

Im some what satisfied at this point, but again like I said, look what I had to go through to get here and the time it took. The only way I would ever use this company again is if the complaints stop coming in and the owner hires more people to get the orders filled in an acceptable amount of time, like how he said he needs to do.

So as of right now, definitely use at your own risk. I would wait a few months to see how things pan out and if anything gets changed.

BTW, to the rip off report above mine. You should just stop typing, your making yourself look really stupid. First with you admitting to being high when writing part of the report, then going on about how your going to make condomman pay no matter what, like hes your archenemy, then apologizing because you found out some old lady stole your package, and that your gonna get her to pay a 250k fine because you "get stuff down". Yea good luck with that, *rolls eyes*

Got a refund

So I filed a dispute with paypal some time in the afternoon on 01/19/11 and I get home later that night with an email from paypal saying my money was refunded, the money was in my paypal account and I just transferred it back to my bank account. I also wrote an email to whatever email address paypal had on there records for the merchants account, which is romina@greenwebproperties.com As far as I know there are no emails listed on CondomMan.com website, just a form to fill out if you need to send them a message, and automated emails come from the address orders@greenwebproperties.com To my surprise I actually got a response back from green web properties! So if anyone is looking to try and contact this company, you should try the email listed above. There was an apology from someone named Kevin Mirarchi. He issued the refund and said "im resending your order out today even though we refunded you" Ill post the email below, ill also update this when or if I get the new order. At least I got my money back and thats all I care about.

Thanks for your email. I completely understand your frustration and apologize deeply if we wasted your time. I see that you opened a paypal dispute, so I'll just go ahead and issue a complete refund through there right now.

As a company, we have experienced explosive growth over the past 6 months and are having a lot of trouble keeping up with current demand. I keep hiring more people, and we were fine for a while, but then the holidays and Valentine's hit, and our sales tripled again. We're doing the best we can but obviously we are disappointing people with our shipping time, which I really regret.
I'm resending your order out today even though we refunded you, just so you know we're not trying to scam you, and as a way of saying sorry for the trouble. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do.
