Greendey Moving Systems overcharged me, delivered my belongings 20 days after the negotiated delivery day, did not respond my phone calles, put block for my and my wife's phone number . Wilmington, Delaware

Greendey sent me an estimator, after 1.5 hours of discussion we have agreed for $1950 for overnight delivery. They charged me appr. $390 when I signed the contract. Then I got a call from Greendey for an approval of charge of $1000 on loading day. They charged my card 3 days before delivery. The remaning amount was around $500 and it was due on delivery date. They charged another $1000 instead of $500. After loading the truck and truck disappeared, I called a call from Greendey stating that they didn't know about overnight delivery and for overnight delivery they wanted $4800 extra. I refused. They offered me an option of 7-10 business day delivery. I desperately accepted. They did not deliver my belongings in 7-10 business days. I called them several times regarding to new delivery dates. They told me 2 different days and they never showed up. I kept calling their 888 customer service number and they placed a block for my and my wifes phone numbers.Outrages customer support. I, my wife and my 3 year old son spent 25 days in an apartment without anything. We had to buy an air matrix, pillows, plates, etc to live in an empty apartment. I and my wife developed backaches meanwhile. After 25 days, they delivered my belongings. After unloading, truck driver asked to sign the paper. On the paper, I noticed an extra fee of $396 for a washer less then 6 cubic feet.I refused to sign the paper. Horrible horrible company, outrages customer support. While searching on the internet, I noticed that Greendey people put my and my wifes name on this website without any evidence of what we did. This company is the worst company I ever worked with. If I were to grade them from 1 to 100, I would give them -1,000,000 points.!

Megan, who is supposed to be an honest and loyal customer, sent me from an e-mail address:


Tracking Tracking (moves1169@hotmail.com)


Let's analyze this e-mail address a little. Who sends an e-mail from a totally blinded e-mail address like the one above and then claims that her name is Magan? My answer  is that someone who works for Greendey to make look Greendey a better company.


Secondly, whose e-mail address may contain a word about moving? My and probably your first guess is a movers e-mail address may contain such a word. What is the chance of a satisfied customer having a word move in his/her e-mail address? I would say one in a million or none.


Lastly, what kind of a satisfied customer insults another customer using racist and discriminatory expressions like the ones bolded below?. Just read the bolded part taken from "so called" Megan's e-mail.


Also, just yesterday I received another complain thru my website about Greendey.

They owe me $555 for the deposit which I canceled the service within 2 hrs of handing over the money. I wished I did it on credit. They promised me my money back since Aug 3, but played around til now, which I think they are closed down. I submitted a claim with the Federal Trade commission and logged a complaint with the Atty general. Suing has become difficult for me since money transacted in one state and I live in another. Not sure what else to do...but I need that money badly. I don;t have any other way to contact the other person that had a complaint...but if we look hard enough we can probably find some victims. Let me know your thoughts. Any contact names of the Greendey that you think I can use, could you please offer them to me. Thank you **

First of all I do not give a crap about greendey moving and you. When I googled the company's name I got very concerned and confronted them with the complaint. They explained and I voiced my opinion to you. On the internet today you can virtually say anything about anyone or any company. Walmart has over 500 complaints,they are still the number one retailer in the world! In saying that, all I want is a good moving experience. Therefore, if you are not open to questions or comments I suggest you remove your complaint. The complaint about you and your wife was very clear, especially with how Americans feel about muslims today. Maybe you should google or go to rip off report and search your names and see what comes up.

Megan, who is supposed to be an honest and loyal customer sent me from an e-mail address as stated below: Tracking Tracking (moves1169@hotmail.com There is no way someone with this e-mail can be a good satisfied customer. Because, this customer has no name but "Tracking Tracking" and actual email address contains "moves" which reminds anybody a fantastic moving company. Later, when I responded this person, I got the following response:


After reading Megan's responce clearly, can you still think that Megan is a real customer? Also, she is a racist as you can read from the bolded lines below.


My responce is: No she is not a customer, but a  Greendey Worker.

They Are Honest Movers

After doing research on this company, I find them to be honest and professional. I had 2 family members move with them a year ago and they had nothing but good things to say. However, I did talk to this company about your complaint and they explained in detail what transpired. I am moving tomorrow and i expect nothing but good things. They were also able to direct me to a rip off report on you and your wife ( ismail& elif unlusoy) which was very disturbing. Is this what you really do? I will keep you posted on my experience and if you are correct, I will join in your effort to get the word out
