Greendot Prepaid Visa ,Greendot Corporation RIPOFF REGARDING SO CALLED REBATE Monrovia California

I applied for card, put $60.00 on it. They sold me a "premier upgrade" for $19.95 indicating this upgrade would waive reload fees and ATM fees. I was told initial load fee was waived because its not charged for initial purchase loading, NO! They took $5.00 membership fee, $4.95 initial load fee and $19.95 fee off. No rebate indicated.

Their instructions were to go to www.greendotonline.com/premierrebate for $10.00 refund. No such Website.

No information whatsoever on their WEBSITE, www.greendotonline.com. No EMAIL address to file complaint. You must call Customer Sevice and PAY more more money to talk, only to be told to go to web site. They offered no explanation on their webiste. NO MENTION OF FRAUD EITHER, SURELY THEY WOULD KNOW ABOUT IT IF IT WAS NOT THEIR CORPORATION! SO IT MUST BE THEIR CORPORATION!

Isn't it funny that they don't have an email address to complain to. I guess that would make the LIABLE FOR THEIR RIPOFF AND LIES. Obviously they are not offering customers any resources to get their money.

Filing complaint with Federal Trade Commission. Don't let them get away with this. It is not the money amount, its the principle of it.
