Greendot Greendot moneypak scam,awful customer service, rip off artists!!!Internet

Greendot is an AWFUL company to use for services! I have had a greendot visa card for over 4 years,throughout the years various problems have arisen.The latest problem is my friends sent me a moneypak reloadable pin number for an emergency situation.The money was lost and greendot has in it's infinite ability to frustrate lied to me and my friends several times. After calling my friends and telling them the issue was reviewed,that they were not responsible for the money lost. Well the 5th day into "were is the money-gate", I found out that they actually investigated the wrong claim. My friends were instructed to send the information again. Completely useless call center,no one is helpful AT ALL!! the pass the buck and disconnect calls on a regular basis.

Greendot IS aware there is a current scam going on with pin numbers,but have made no steps to secure the issue. The corporate complaint line is 1-866-652-4611 or 626-775-3400. If you have an issue I highly suggest you override calling the regular number and immediately call corporate. Better yet don't use this card at all!
