Ok.... Once again I found out there are really smart people in this world !!!!! I got a call today from Greentree servicing telling me the person renting my mobile home was behind once again on the payment... I called the person and was informed a payment was made and it was posted and draftred from his bank. I called Greentree and of all things they said they hadn't gotten the payment... WOW !!!!! Such Intellegent people......... The bank was sending them a faxed copy of the check where they had cleared it.... These people have no idea the difference from their foot and their big toe.... Anyone that ever deals with them should really think twice before ever doing so.... They don't have a clue about anything especially how to run their business..... I was ahsamed to have to contact someone and then find out they had not only made the payment but had the proof in hand..... WOW.... How do these people sleep at night....

Roy if your renter has automatic payments coming out then it would show in the payments tab if they take the time to look. Best remedy is have him/her write down confirmation numbers and date pymnt was drafted so if the calls persist that info can be given. I agree with you "proof is in the pudding". as long as your renter is current it will and should show under the payments tab date, amt and confirmation nbr,
