I purchased an ipad compatible karaoke machine as a Christmas present. Immediately out of the box it didn't work. It took TWO weeks for them to respond to my request even though their autobot email said I would have a response in 24 hours. They REFUSE to exchange this product for one that works. Stay away from them - they are trash.
