I signed to buy a mobile home from David Ramos on 3/27/2009.
He told me the home would be moved within 2 weeks and ready to live 2 days later. He moved our old mobile home out of the way on April 21, 2009. The new mobile home was moved April 22 and 23. The trim work was started the 24th and it's now April 28th and we still do not have a home to live in.

He moved our old mobile home out of the way and disconnected all utilities, with the understanding that we needed a home to live in within a couple of days. It's now 7 days later and it appears it will be another 2+ days (at least) before we will have a home. One of the trim workers ran off today and didn't come back as we were promised at the closing table at 4pm. According to David Ramos, the trim workers (2 men) would be working tonight until they finished and it's 6pm and they are gone and didn't finish!

Also, David Ramos, promised to have our old mobile home tied and leveled so we could continue to keep it insured while we prepared to move out and sell it. And that was not done. David Ramos also contracted the flooring person for us and got us a quote of $3700 and as of today, the man wants another $450 to finish a job he quoted at $3700, he now wants $4150. It's a contractor David uses and paid $2700 for partial flooring work (it was a total of $6400). But, he will not take any responsibility for this matter
either.

David has over promised and under delivered but pressured me into closing today when I tried to cancel or delay the deal as he isn't delivering as negotiated. I feel as though this issue needs to be resolved and yet he squirms around and answers that he has no control over these"guys". The heck he should!!!! He contracted them! I am buying a turn key product, not a 1/2 started product. We still don't have a condensor or skirting installed either and I am concerned that he will not finish the job. I need some help, legal counsel if necessary!
