HALF.COM BY EBAY! DO NOT SELL ON HALF.COM/ RIPPED ME OFF FOR 33,000.00, BEWARE SOLD ITEMS ON HALF.COM, THEY WONT PAY ME, I HAVE PROOF OF DELIVERY SAN JOSE California

I cannot stress this enough, if you sell on half.com you will be ripped off, They owe me 33k for items that i have already shipped out to buyers.

I was a power seller on ebay with 100% positive feedback for approx 3 yrs without any problems, When you sell on Ebay you are in control of your money since you are paid through paypal.

When using paypal you decide if you feel comfortable sending your product as you are in control of the funds you receive, you also have the option of checking the persons buying history and setting bidding/ buying restrictions on your listings.

When you sell on half.com you do not see the credit card information of your buyer, this is where all the trouble started.

Last fall I decided to venture over to half.com to sell some unwanted movies, games, & video game systems that i had left over from yrs of selling these items. I am in the military and time did not permit me to continue this side job so I basically stopped selling electronics all together and gave my seller account to my daughter who was selling designer handbags

I was surprised how fast these items sold and decided to purchase more from the company i had bought from previously .The sales just kept coming in so natually i purchased more to keep up with the demand, i invested a huge amount of my own money and i am still waiting to get paid! They have ignored all my emails requesting payment.

Not only am i disappointed that this happened, my daughter who was doing rather well with her sales is also upset as my account was suspended! the reason?
well according to ebay i was suspended for abusing ebay! Abusing ebay? Now how in the heck did i abuse ebay? I sent numerous emails and their reply was always the same!

I did some investigating of my own to find out if this was happening or had happened to other sellers.

This is what i found out, please read on.

Apparently half.com was allowing thieves to purchase items off their website with stolen credit cards through hijacked accounts. They do not require the 3 digit security code which resulted in a huge loss for credit card companies and innocent sellers such as myself.

Who do you blame? the credit card companies? half.com? the seller?

Half.com acts as the middle man accepting the funds on the Sellers behalf. We do not receive the buyers credit card information!Half.com sends an email to the seller informing them that their item has sold & the address of the buyer to ship the product to.

Common since tells us that this is not the sellers fault! Half.com is the middle man, As i said previously we do not see the buyers credit card information. Half.com does! So where does this leave the seller? We should get paid no matter what, especially since we have proof that these items were delivered.

I am now in the process of contacting the Governer of California, My Congressman! and whoever else i need to contact to get the funds that are owed to me.
