Half.com Ebay Inability to deliver Goods Internet, Internet

Neither the seller nor Half.com can provide tracking information regarding a book that they claimed was shipped over 10 days ago. Half.com has no way that you can actually talk with a customer service representative, thus protecting themselves from any responsibility of solving issues. My daughter ordered a book over three weeks ago and still has not received it. After numerous attempts at contacting the seller and Half.com we are still no where. Half.com stated that on June 6th we would be able to file a claim, when we tried their system would not allow us to so. We are now out $60.00 for the original book and have now ordered another book from somewhere else.  It is sad that in such a servcie orientated business there is no customer support provided by Half.com
