1 year ago today this company, Hartford Auto Club took monies in the amount of $99.00, without our permission from our checking account. When we called them they stated that they had a taped message that my wife Oked this. I made it clear we did not ask for there service because it is built into our Auto insurance. They assured us that the matter was resolved! RIGHT! Today, we get our bank statement with a $99.00 dollar charge. After some researching found that they have turned us in for a "Insufficient Funds Check" to a company called "Check Recovery Systems" through the "Calnet Business Bank". How this is possible, well it is not because we never sent a check to this company and we didn't us our bank card or credit card so where do they have our information. Glenn Hermiston, Oregon
