Health Connexxtions Mark Ellis Thief & a Scammer, Internet

Mark Ellis claims that he puts on Healthfairs. He then promises that he will send invites 30 days in advance to you and says you have 5 days to respond as to whether you will be attending or not, in order to advertise your business. He wants all the money upfront and does not accept credit cards. He also writes on his agreement that "membership fees are non-refundable".

He takes your money and never delivers. He lies and says he has sent you "Invites" which you are supposed to respond to within 5 days. Since the invites were never sent, then he says "You never responded within 5 days, so you cannot attend". He never returns phone calls. His responses to emails are delayed, vague and misleading. He has this whole scam firgured out to a point of perfection. Something that only a "sociopath" can do. My advice is stay far away from him. He is a con artist.
