I like so many others purchased a "FREE TRIAL" of Colon Cleanse 3000.  The only cost to me was in shipping fees (or was supposed to be....but they lied and scammed people).  I received the product in a box as well with no other information.  I did not see any caveats on the site where I purchased it either.  I thought I was giving my credit card for shipping costs only.  I never used the product.  I received a letter in the mail dated 3/10/10 stating that the company Healthy Online Services" (which by the way has changed their name from the previous name they used when initially starting this scam associated with Colon Cleanse and Aqai Berry pills listed everywhere).  I went to my bank in the summer and filed a complaint and changed my credit card number (the bank also verified that they had numerous complaints about this company and the company was forced to refund the money and the bank issued a credit for the fees the consumers did NOT agree to).  I thought this mess was over (as of August 2009....after going to the bank).  Then I receive the letter in the mail dated 3/10/10 stating that if the bill of $133.95 for the pills is not paid within 10 business days from the date of the letter that they will be forced to send this debt to a third party collection agency, which may have a negative effect on your score.  Then they have the nerve to say they are willing to work with you to resolving this situation as soon as possible!   I AGREE WITH THE OTHER COMPLAINT POSTED.... WHY WAS THIS INFORMATION NOT AVAILABLE TO ME WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR THIS SUPPOSEDLY FREE SAMPLE????  This product is not FDA approved and many people were afraid of that.  In addition they scammed everyone with their trickery and fraud, never mind the FDA, I would never want to do ANY business with a company like that regardless.  Can the Attorney General and the banks take care of this once and for all and put the company owners on notice, fine them and I would say send them to jail.  The letter I received has the following company information on it:  Healthy Online Services, 7904 E. Chaparral Rd. # A110-146, Scottsdale, AZ  85250.

Please help us.  How about "Help us Howard also?"  Thank you.
