I shipped my used used iPhone 3GS for payment. After not receiving their payment I checked their website to verify my equipment was received, which it was. After no payment for 30 days submitted numerous request tickets with no reply. According to the most recent posting I have been assigned to a Rob Longo, if that person even exists. I am beginning to believe this company is nothing more than a front, paying you to submit your used equipment, they sell it and never pay the customer.
