I want to thank the management and staff of Rip Off Report in bringing light to this scammer, HENDRIK HONER AKA CLAAS HENDRIK HONER.  Hendrik Honer is an illegal immigrant who has been constantly scamming the honest hard working citizens of Palm Beach County Florida.  Hendrik Honer has ruined countless of lives and hurt hundreds of businesses throughout the state of Florida as well as other terratories.  Mr. Hendrik Honer is a professional scam artist who does not believe in paying taxes.  Whenever he runs out of money, he looks for a new victim.  Mr. Hendrik Honer has counterfeit painting and sells it like it is original.  He actually got caught selling a counterfeit painting to art dealer Jocelyn Falcone for $20,000.  Hendrik Honer sold the painting to Jocelyn Falcone of Montreal Canada and delivered it.  Jocelyn Falcone realized eventually that she paid $20,000 for a counterfeit painting and notified Hendrik Honer immediately.  Hendrik Honer could not believe he got caught and decided the best thing for him to do was give Jocelyn Falcone her money back.  He then scammed Florida attorney Eric Ash to invest $20,000 with him on a worthless website he created called Motor News Florida.  The website of Hendrik Honer's Motor News Florida is www.motornewsflorida.com .  Attorney Eric Ash gave Hendrik Honer $20,000 to invest and Hendrik Honer routed the the money back to Jocelyn Falcone.  Hendrik Honer needed Jocelyn Falcone for future businesses.  Eventually Jocelyn Falcone and Scam Artist Hendrik Honer became good friends and Hendrik Honer considers her his golden goose.

Mr. Claas Hendrik Honer is an extremely dangerous con man who has allegedly fraudulently  committed financial crimes, and is still committing fraud now, and will continue to commit fraud.  I can give your organization proven leads and if your investigations division can follow up on my leads, you would be surprised at the amount of crimes Mr. Honer has committed, especially the hundreds of wires he has initiated through dozens of people in order to avoid paying taxes.

Mr. Honer is associated with Jocelyn Falcone, whose brother got convicted of federal arms charges in Arizona a few years ago.  Ms. Falcone is an art dealer from Montreal, Canada, and Hendrik Honer uses Ms. Falcone to buy and sell paintings and to avoid paying taxes. 

Hendrik Honer needs to constantly commit scams in order to survive in this country.  Due to his huge ego, pride and illegal status he cannot work in any other job.  He would rather die of starvation than have people see him do menial work.  He learned how to create websites and he targets people to partner up with him in websites he has creates and promises his victims potential to make millions of dollars.  Initially, what he did was create www.motornewsflorida.com
