Have patience wait for your trial if you loose  appeal to the highest courts ..I will leave it at that, tell your lawyer to figure out the rest .But like i said this process will take a lot of money and patience. Actually Mike, we arrest initially on unlicensed telemarketing if we can and then follow up with RICO/CCE and fraud charges through either the US Attorney's Office or the Statewide Prosecutors Office. Your complaint is so silly I have to wonder your age and IQ level.
