Buyer Beware: We purchased a $3,750 ownership at the Mayan Palace in Cancun. They told us taht we would have access to 45 weeks over 15 years and would need to only pay a $400 maintenance fee for each reservation.
What they didn't tell us is that we would have to pay Holliday Systems International a $100 / annual membership fee and that we can only us Burn Weeks at their selected resorts in other words not the resorts of our choice. Finally these burn weeks cost about $700 for a one week stay.
We would be better off purchasing a package though a travel agency.
I do not recommend that anyone do business with Holiday Systems International out of Las Vegas, NV. Their services are useless, further more when I contacted one of their customer representatives I was treated rudely, she asked me "what's the problem".
