HOLLAND ENTERPROSES INC - DENZIL EDIE SMALL PERSON TELLS BIG LIES, DENZIL EDIE MAPLETON, North Dakota

To low life (denzil edie) wrong fact 1. low life (denzil edie) said he has no vested interest to lie about any driver,worked 10 years no prevoius history of complanints.Right fact 1.I called and talked in person  to chris holland,president of bulls..t holland enterprises. where the low life (denzil edie)resides.And i filed a complaint on the low life (denzil edie) and with (DAC) hireright.,and alot with the ripoff report,By me!!!. Now Author bill's right fact 1.bill said he was at your bulls..t.holland enterprises for 2 years,9 months.Bill never said he got the 2 cent raise right their on that spot,and so even if bill did ,i"m sure its because bulls..t holland enterprises didn't give bill's raises in the first place!Now low life (denzil edie) wrong fact.1.said never gave out 2 cents raises to any driver,company policy is on 1/2 cent per every 6 months.If low life (denzil edie )had his nose out of (DAC)hireright a*s.lowlife(denzil edie) could see author bill's 2 years (AKA) 24 months is a 2 cent raise.lol.

Denzil you know you have stood in front of new hires and told them you would mess there DAC up if they quit. I took it as if a driver would damage steal or go against company polices I did not know it meantyou would just flat out lie and I can swear uponmy children with out fear because all of what I have said is the truth can you do the same. for your children sake I hope not

to start off with i have no vested interest to lie about any driver.i have worked here for 10 years with no previous history of complaints.on previous employment verifications i dont even speak to employers.we use dac services.i have never gave out 2 cent raises to any driver.company policy is on 1/2 per every 6 months if driver qualifies.if a driver is unhappy here at holland he shouldnt work here.my personal life should have no baring on this report.as far as vehicle accident well no one is perfect.and anyone who swears on thier childred and lies should be ashame.in the 10 years that i have been here i have hired a couple of thousand of drivers with no problems. and if a driver cant get another job because of his work history with holland maybe the companies that turned him down was looking deeperinto his other work history.i refuse to say anything negitive in a personal manner.by the way i drove otr for over 20 yrs and treat all my drivers with due respect which they deserve. iwish this driver all the luck in his future employment.

I would like to warn drivers of Holland enterprises inc/ Denzil Edie I worked for this company for 2 years and 9 months. in almost 3 years I worked there I was late on the total of 3 loads once when I got blood poison in my leg and was in the hospital for 9days. another was last winter when DOT shut down the roads to all big trucks it was the worst winter in fifty years it was 2 days before christmas. and another in vermont because of fog so thick you could not see the fog lines on the road. I passed all DOT inspection on the road. and have a perfect Mvr no tickets on my lic I made fuel bonuses mileage bonuses and on my annual employee report from holland that Denzil went over with me in His office it said holland was most enpressed with my on time record an then gave me a raise to 2 cents per mile.I have driven a truck for a living for 23 years and never had a accident and all ways have given a 1000% to my job. but when i quit holland inc Denzil sent a False Dac report in saying I was always late on loades and lies to any one who calls for a reference.I found this out when I appyed and was turned down for employment. and after I looked into it I found out this is a common pratice for a small man like Denzil Edie to lie about you if you quit holland. there are other drivers on rippoff who will tell you the same thing. so please be warned if you go to work for holland and quit Denzil being a small person and a want a be biker he  will try and trash your rep .I should have known the frist day I met Denzil I was in trouble he picked me up at the bus station and drove me to the yard in a standerd ford pick up and just got out with out setting the brakes or leveing in gear the truck rolled back and hit a parked car and broke the windows out of it I should on knew then I was dealing with a winner.
