Home Cash Success Program does not give you any answers after paying and cannot be contacted to cancel 14 day guarantee, Internet

I received an email that my wife sent me (she actually sent me the email) that was an MSN news article related to 10 best careers on the rise.  The top spot was given a link titled "Home Cash Success" that goes on talking about how people have made at home careers using this program.  I went ahead and payed the $99 for the program thinking MSN news was a respectable online news source and began working through the program.
 
After spending the weekend learning about applying to Cost Per Action Websites in order to advertise on Search Engins and creating spam bot twitter accounts, I decided to try to get some technical support that the company claims was only a phone call away.  Well I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone after calling over ten times within the past several days and remaining on hold for 20 mins at a time until the phone generated opperator sends me to a voice mail. 

In addition, those Cost Per Action sites, which the whole program is based on, will not accept you into their site unless you have an established website that already gets a lot of traffic.  I was refused access to those sites when the program videos explain how easy they are to register and start promoting their adds.  

So after four days of working on the program step-by-step without receiving any support from the site I decided to try and call to get my money back from the program.  I have yet to talk to anyone other than my bank who I've asked to put a stop on future charges from that company and have tried to get a stop order on the initial charge.
