HomeSide Lending ripoff misleading, corrupted, fraud Jacksonville Florida

HomeSide Lending had inquired my Mortgage and since they have it has been a nightmare they had paid some one elses property
tax from my esscrow and then they sent me a letter that my esscrow was short and my mortgage payments would be going up
300.00 a month when I had called them to tell then that this was wrong they said that it wasn't,so I went down to the tax
assers office and to my suprise not only did my taxes not go up
they were late in paying my prooperty taxes I had called them
back and they had told me to send them copyings of all this and
to find out they did pay on a different tax number,they said that they would correct this mistakeand just pay my normal
mortgage payments but after time of doing this I kept on getting
letter stating that I wasn't paying and that they would put my
mortgage in forcloure if I didn't payI had called them back every time I would get one of they letters and they would tell me the same thing to pay my normal payment and it would reverce
its self and I would be ok.Then all of a sudden they stopped
taking my payment altogether saying that that payment was not enough I tried to exsplain to them that this was a mistake on
their part and they just hung-up on me,They have put my house
in forcloser,recked my credit,made my life a living hell with
this and to top it off while in dispute with HomeSide lending they all of a sudden sold my mortgage to another company and I had to start all over but when dealing with this other company
it was very stange that they had the same addresses and I only
found this out because when I was sending doucuments to the new
company Midland Mortgage company they where going to the Homeside Lending company and When I was trying to get out of
this company I did go to a broker and he had noticed from
both letter form both companys they had the same address on
them. can somebody please help.
