I ordered a 16GB Galaxy Note 10.1 from www.hongshare.com because the price on the website seemed to be attractive. The company states Paypal and credit cards as payment methods but once the real transactions took place, there were no Paypal or credit card options: just Western Union or Moneygram.

Once I had sent the money via Western Union, I was told that the product would arrive in 4-7 days after the payment but no tracking number was given to me and no product arrived in the time specified by the seller. After 7 days, I logged onto the live chat on the website and tried to ask about when the order would arrive but the representatives kept me waiting for hours despite the fact that the next representative was said to  become available 4 minutes after I logged on.
