hotwire.com Horrible Company and service. Internet

I used hotwire for the first time when I went to NYC and stayed at The Mannhattan at Time sq. The room that they gave was completely disgusting! There was massive yellowish brown stains on the bedding. Also stains from someone that was on their period. Lumps of hair on the floor. Smeared blood on the wall. Also masking tape covering up holes in the wall. The hotel gave us trouble about getting another room, and when we got another room, one of us had to sleep on the floor because they no longer had a room with 2 beds (there was 3 of us). When I spoke to hotwire what did they do about it.... They gave $50 in hotwire cash........ What a joke. I will never use hotwire again! They say satisfaction guaranteed but is a complete lie.
