G'day,

I have recently attemptes to purchase an account from playerauctions.com.

After ordering my new account and completing their online order sheet I continued with payment through PayPal who they list as one of their payment options.

This website has been the most difficult website I have ever used to purchase an online account, I have now contacted them via live chat 4 times regarding my payment and have been told multiple times that PayPal are to fault as the money has not yet been captured by their system. I have also contacted PayPal via phone multiple times and have been informed that as they are a larger company the money is not automatically deposited into their account and that playerauctions.com are required to go into their website and confirm the order to access the money (done just before shipping).

I have also provided playerauctions.com with both a copy+paste of the transaction as it appears on my paypal account and a print screen on the transaction as it shows on my paypal account.

Playerauctions.com continues to say that they have escalated this to the 'appropriate' team and even with my demand for a response within 24hrs the 'appropriate' team have not contacted me.

I hope that anyone else who considers using this company has better luck than I have had, I however have met with untrustworthy support staff and fraudlent practices
