They say there voted #1 best site in 2010, 11, 12 & offer 100% money back guarantee. I Lodged ticket asking for refund & they simply wont answer my tickets, tickets have been opened for almost 4 Most Internet

I signed up with guys on Saturday 17-03-12. As they stated VOTED #1 best unlock service for 2010, 11, 12 & offer 100% money back guarantee. So i paid $39.99 to unlock my iphone, RAn there software & It DID NOT unlock my iphone as My iphone is a CDMA verzion.(even though, I ran it against there Compatability generator & it come back YES Unlockable).
So after this option failed & it DID NOT unlock my iphone. I submitted a ticket for support.
(they state) Support tickets will be answered within 24hrs. 24hrs NO response.
I opened Another ticket CLAIMING On there 100% money back Guarantee. over 72hrs all most 4 days later , STILL No response on any of my tickets.
I came to conclussion, Its a scam & ive been ripped off.
So im here to post there name & link to website on Any scammer boards or website i can find.
I dont know what can be done to address this ISSUE. As i am in Australia & there just some Site on the web I know bugger all about. What do yous suggest i do?
Posting to scamming site like this one, hopefully people will find out there true meaning beforwe signing up with them & losing cash like i did.
Please email me any links to site, in-whiich I can use to report these guys to either POLICE Auothrities or OTHER Scamming board website, as to get the INFo out there so people know there just scammers.

I had the same problem yesterday. I called my credit card company and had them reverse the transaction to get my money back. I got the same situation where i paid but it didnt give me the software at all. It kept saying to BUY NOW, but once you buy it, it doesnt give you the option to download it.
Get your money back, dont let the scammers get away with it.
