Auto Detailing or rather Auto Destroying - 2pc forged alloy rims chemically ruined w/ tire protectant spray

Went to HudsonToyota Thurs, 2/10/11. Recalling past incidents: step boards dented from routine oil change & HID ballast burned-out after routine service. Service manager denies replacement using unauthorized"after-market" parts. Enough to be skeptical/cynical w/ poor quality service. Upon ocular inspection, "Domo", chief mechanic said every vehicle checked-in gets inspected, evaluated & defects documented - owner must accept recommended repair as dictated by warranty terms. Promised by Thurs, 2/17/11. Called @ 3pm, Reza Amin, service manager, purple team declares ready in 2hrs. Inquired bill's total & surprised by exorbitant amount of $3.6T. Requested FREE leather reconditioning/carpet shampooing & Reza offered full auto detailing. Tagged along wife upset w/ unexpected bill. Arrived @ service center 5:30 pm. Patiently waited for unfinished vehicle. Wife reviewed bill for discount - labor totaling $2.5T but never granted. Vehicle finally delivered 7:15pm. Attention caught by wet wheel rims. Ordered detailer dry up rims. Up close, noticed white, "milky" patches on all Jaos Victron Ziga 2pc forged alloy wheel rims. T'was nightmare unfolding since patches indelible. Reza wiped rims stubbornly embedded & laminated on rim surface. Reza assured not to worry offering replacement as final option. Noticed ff day 1 missing wheel nut casting doubts for proper torquing/tightening. So devastated, disappointed & disgusted w/ latest incident. Charged a hefty amount & getting 4 damaged  rims! Demanding all 4 rims replaced since purchased br new in showroom condition. Also demanding Hudson Toyota shoulder mounting fees @ OK4WD. Won't accept rim repair by power buffing avoiding damaging protective coating, accelerating deterioration, weather tarnishing & high maintenance. Sick & tired of numerous futile emails w/ Hudson Toyota offering only refurbishing services which I disagree since wheel rims excluded in service repairs - hence demand for payment for br new wheel replacement costing $3,608.xx

Jerome, Did you 'Google' this- TOYOTA TWITTER SLUDGE, and go to that site.......

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, March 26, 2011

that's available on the web? There's a lot of valuable information at that site for anyone who has a Toyota or a Lexus vehicle.

Make sure to 'Google' this- CONSUMER COMPLAINTS ABOUT TOYOTA AIR BAGS, and go to the consumeraffairs website and read all of the complaints from Toyota owners, okay?

Good luck to you, and keep us posted.

..and found this...How is it relevant to this report I have no idea. Nor do I expect a F****** tin hat wearing lunatic like you to explain it..so I simply copy and paste from 'google'..as per YOUR specific request...

"Today's Number of the Day is 13.
That's the number of Toyota plants in the United States that MAY be shut for some yet undefined period because of continued fall-out from Japan's sequence of earthquake / tsunami / nuclear catastrophe. Japan's production of certain parts integral to the work at these 13 plants may require them to shut down.

This is actually a good news-bad news situation (editors note:
Eliot talks with CNN's Richard Quest about the possibility of Toyota shuttin down some U.S. plants In The Arena at 8 p.m. ET). Bad news for the obvious reason: because the US economy will take a hit due to the calamities in Japan.
Good news: it shows the extent of economic integration that has emerged over the last several decades, and the growth of domestic jobs derived, even when foreign auto companies grab US market share. The name of the company on the caror just about anything else you buy these dayssays less than you may think about where it's made or who
profites when you buy it.

Toyota has a policy that will presumably be followed in this case as well, a policy of continuing to pay its workers during temporary shutdowns such as this. But the extent to which the Japanese crisis will ripple through the US economy and cause dislocation remains unclear."

"Auto Detailing" @ your own risk, not responsible for damages incurred in the process :-p

AUTHOR: Jerome - (USA)

Very arrogant in dealing w/ aggrieved customer. Insisting on solutions by their terms and short
of making you beg for a solution in your favor... Repairs very costly - you pay 3x compared to other
service centers and they don't return your old parts. Always using the line - "after market" parts are
not authorized for your vehicle...lame excuse not to pay for damages!!

JEROME, IF YOU TYPE IN 354721 AT THIS SITE YOU CAN......

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, March 20, 2011

read Jerry's Ripoff Report, and then read his 'Update By Author #3' and do what he did, right?

Jerry put vinyl lemons on his 2007 Toyota Camry that had sludge in the engine and parked it outside the Toyota dealership and he passed out flyers to people going by, and the Toyota dealership finally helped him, correct?

It appears that all of the negative exposure from what Jerry was doing made the Toyota dealership realize that they might lose a lot of sales, so they decided to pay for a new engine in Jerry's 2007 Toyota Camry hybrid, right?

If you did something similar, you could get a similar result like Jerry. It's 100% legal. Just make sure you're not on their property. You can even print hundreds of copies of your Ripoff Report and hand them out to everyone going by.

Good luck, and keep us posted!
