Don't believe their lies! They are completely unreasonable, and refuse to acknowledge that they do not even provide the services they promise. This is a bait and switch.

For starters, any reputable company no longer has data limits on their services. Here you will only get 10 Gb download data before they throttle you down. They say that they will throttle you down to 1.5 Mbps, but that is a lie. Mine was throttled down to less than 0.5 Mbps! That is not even fast enough to download e-mail in less than 30 minutes!

Furthermore, they will claim that you can stream movies and video, but you can't. We couldn't get netfilx to work, or youtube, or really anything. It is good for e-mail, and maybe surfing a few web pages now and again, if you don't mind waiting 3 to 5 minutes for the pages to load, and as long as they haven't been updated in a few years.

Then when you call and ask for help they will blame you for the problems you are having. It is your computer, or your location, or your misunderstanding of the services. Instead of trouble shooting your problems they will just add a "token" to your account and tell you that you need to upgrade. The token gets you through another day of service, but then what do you do for the next 8 or 10 days while you still have no internet service? And upgrading, yeah, right! I already paid $80 a month for the services I am now not receiving!

Finally, when you do disconnect services because you simply have no more tolerance for the lies and abuse, they will charge you a $500 early termination fee.

My advice, save yourself the heartache. this company is not worth dealing with!
