Hurley Bank/Asset Acceptance LLC/Radio Shack Fraud and ID Theft Phoenix, AZ and Warren, MI
We received a dun notice for Radio Shack/Hurley Bank alleging a past due bill with Asset Acceptance LLC as the debt collector for $266.80. We don't have an account with them and did not incure this debt. While ID theft comes to mind, I think this is something else. Since there are so many similar entries for this sort of thing on the web, I think the bank has some issues with ethics. Naturally we will fight this up to and including the FTC or whatever governmental agencies need to be contacted.
