I purchased an item from i-store-online.com where they said to expect the delivery upto 3 weeks. I mailed them and they said, the item should be delivered 4 weeks after order date. Item still did not arrive after 5 weeks! I asked for a refund which took them awhile for them to instruct me how to process a refund. another 4 weeks and they have not refunded me. I have continually chased but they have done nothing.
