Sent my IPad to be repaired, after four days and no response I finally received a message that was rude and unprofessional. I found out its a 1 man operation out of a house and after exchanging messages they are sending mtbuoad back without repairing it. Don't use this company they aren't worth the aggravation and all the reviews posted on their site are most likely fake. As my granpther once told me, you get what you pay for and i99Repair is no exception:

    As for responding to your email before we open I came into work early today as I knew we would be busy due to being closed last week. 

    I feel your the type who will never be satisfied, so in this case Ill just issue you a refund and send the device back.

Otherwise you would have an Oz of professionalism which you do not, at this point I'd call your boss and report your poor attitude, but since our a very small business with 1 employee working out of your moms basement, I'm guarding that's you.

    We are a home base business if you had any sense. That is why our prices are so low we do not have the overhead of a store front.

Here's a tip, remove the attitude and strap on the tools - I'll give you a canned response that will avoid these arguments and doubt about your abilities " we apologize for the inconvenience and have received your iPad. We realize how important your IPad is to you and are working diligently to repair it. We will notify you once complete and ship to you ASAP. Than you for choosing us as your business is important." This will save you a lot of headaches...
