The sales rep, Jim Brady, was a real smooth talker and answered my many questions with absolute confidence and assurances that the company would sell my timeshare within 60 to 90 days saying that they had many buyers at the ready.
Its a very different story when they take your money. They don't try to "sell" anything. Your property, with a brief description and NO photo, will sit on their site just for show. They do not pursue buyers. They do not return your calls and if you do happen to get through you will be met with a rude liar. They do NOTHING for this FEE. If they had been honest and said this is an advertizing fee and nothing more I hardly would have signed up. It was made clear that they would agressively sell this property. This will be my first and last time being ripped off. I hope this group gets what they deserve in the legal arena.

Thank you in Colorado. It was pretty obvious that Darlena is a representative of IBD marketing and thats why she didn't get a response from me. To play dumb is just a further insult. Everyone who has complained about this company knows ONLY AFTER they have parted with their money that IBD marketing acts ONLY as an advertising company. The point that EVERY other person scammed by them is making is that they insist they will SELL it for you.
When they have your money the story changes.
So once again, for Representatives who don't get it: BEWARE of companies like this. IBD might be down for now but that doesn't mean they won't appear under another name with the same old scam. Bottom line: Do not pay for a service until it is performed.

Beware of what? According to other reports that company is out of business. And according to their contracts, it states that they were a FOR SALE/BY OWNER ADVERTISING agency. That means they advertiSe and that's it.
