As a senior citizen I am outraged by this. I wonder how many millions of dollars this illegal scam makes each month by people being unaware or too busy to notice.
Perhaps Ma Bell also makes a tidy sum off this, even though she professes to know nothing about it!
I stopped this last month and I noticed on my bill this month that I have a "credit adjustment" of $12.95.
Are there any honest businesses out there anymore? To think that At&T would allow this is just totally wrong!
