This company has taken advantage of me and thousands if not millions of hard working, honest Americans. They are literally stealing money from us and using loopholes in the law system to do it. Yes, they get caught, but the fines they pay do not off-set the amount they have already stolen. ILD telecommunications should be banned from this counrty and our legal system should stop them from their fraudulent schemes.

There is many people, and businesses that have yet to realize that this company is stealing money from them in a small section at the end of their phone bill(3rd party). This company will charge consumers for outlandish and unheard of services that the consumer never agreed to accept or solicit to knowingly. Perhaps the consumer filled out a questionaire or answered the phone at home and agreed to be listed in a business listing at no charge. At any rate the tactics of ILD are deceptive, and ILD knows it. Yet the spokespersons for this company still calmly will claim that ILD is no more than a collection agency...FOR WHO?? We were not born yesterday, don't point the finger at someone else.

I'm adamant to see the demise of this company, because they have stolen from me and others for the last 2 years. I being the trusting person I am never fully examined my phone bills to see this company getting close to $1,000 from me for services I never requested or received!

Let's put an end to ILD once and for all.

Through contractual relationships with telephone companies like AT&T and Verizon, we give merchants the opportunity to let consumers charge products and services such as long distance, internet access, and collect calling directly to your phone bill.

As a result, instead of purchasing these items with a credit card or opening an account with the merchant, you can have a transaction billed directly to your phone. When you do, the merchant sends your transaction information to ILD, and ILD adds the charge to your phone bill. It's a service very similar to what credit card companies provide.
