immigration barristers/kings courts chambers rip you off and will not give refund london Internet

what a complete and utter scam, in the first instance you get some nice lady who tells you everything you want to hear when putting in for a visa which you learn after is complete and utter rubbish, she even made me hang on for 20 mins while so called asking the barrister what he thinks she comes back saying we have a 95 per cent pass rate you can put in for settlement visa while being here on a holiday visa, which you cant, even told me to tell my parnter not to go back that they would do it from here we nearly went as far as selling his airline seat, she then goes on to  say you will need a consultation either at the office or over the phone what could be easier, saying that would be 250 pounds it also stated on the immigration barristers website that it was 250, then once you agree and pay over the money to them you get passed over to kings court chambers who get you to register on the portal and then get a consultation date with the barrister and a cover letter or the agreement whiich u have to sign before the consultation, after reading through this noticed the consultation fee was 350 not the first price I  was told,  so asked for an answer to this on the so called portal where they are supposed to answer any of your questions but never received a reply. next day got the wonderful consultation off the barrister saying no we cant do any of this all the wonderful things a few days ago the nice lady said they could do, what a joke, then when asking for refund of the excess money i was asked for, as i had to send 500 pounds up front they said, as yet no refund and they are saying i signed the cover letter/contract which i decided not to sign as i was still asking questions that never got answered about prices. But now in trying to get back what is owing to me  they are saying we are not kings c ourt chambers and pass us back to uk immigration barristers and vice versa, and they are insisting i signed and that they are gonna take 350.  how many people are they doing this to and taking consultaton fees and never taking it any further as first suggeseted when you contact them.    keep well clear of this lot and put these complaints up whereever people may need to know about them.
