Imperial Majesty, Ramada Plaza Rsort vacation cruise rip off!! Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I entered something on (I think) cheap trips.com...shortly recieved a call that I won a cruise to the bahamas, and also 2 nights in ft. Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Orlando and Vermont. After a long conversation, the final cost for the whole package would be 534. 00 for up to 4 people. I have never taken a cruise, and so I bit...gave them my credit card number, and awaited the package. Nothing, ?And I mean Nothing was mentioned about a "tour" or "timeshare".

With out making this real long, after paying port fees and Ithought was taxes on the phone, up grading my car to a mini van, because 4 woman and luggage will not fit in an economy car, (no matter how hard you try), up grading to a larger room on board, and up grading to a 3 night 4 day cruise (because I was told we would have 2 days in Nasau)..this CHEAP TRIP or vacation that I won has now cost me a total of over 1700.00
Since the car had NOT been upgraded to a mini van, as I requested, It cost me 281. before i left the airport! Also, the car wa to be free, I payed taxes, a tank of gas, and was charged extra because I wasnt told to bring the car back at the same time on the return date. I have never rented a car before, how would I know. So we were 2 hours late, and charged all the carges for another day.

The ship is so old, (staff really were nice), but you try to make the best of it, in spite of the facts that the "POOL" IS ABOUT 5X10..WITH ABOUT 4 feet of water, 899 people on boad, and only 24 chais lounge chairs around the pool.

Buffet food was worse the the cafeteria in school.
The additional day and night that I up graded to , well, we only had 8 hours in Nasau, not 2 days like I was told, one day wasted at sea "fun day at sea". yeah right, no room at the pool, no seats to sit and eat your food, from the cold buffet, and no chairs anywhere to sit around.

Never was I told about the second tour I had to take in Ft.Lauderdale, after taking a 90 minute tour (which lasted 5 hours) and was off property so I couldnt get back to my car in Orlando. I have never been on a cruise, and will not judge it by this one, but I will try to stop any one I can from falling for this SCAM...
I was never given the same answer to any question I asked. I dont know how the Welcome center people can sleep at night. For all the lies!!~!~
Imagine the cruise we could have taken for 1700.00 for 7 days. Makes me sick to think about this. I am 63 years old, and this is hard to swallow.

There are so many complaints about this site, why uisnt there something done about it? If you were to get a passenger list of the cruise I was on, you will find atleast 500 people that were angry and un happy. In fact in the dinning room one night there was a group of people that were going to start a Class Action suit. Just wish they had my name a address.
