IM WARNING EVERYBODY DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. POORLY MADE TRANSMISSION MOUNTS AND DRIVE SHAFT CARRIER SUPPORT sold me my parts at the mopar nationals in columbus ohio...said would be 2 weeks after calling numerous times i finally got my parts 4 months later.. bolted in transmission mount  i lifted up on transmission with my 2 arms bonding came apart did not even see the street. Because drive shaft carrier made wrong with wrong bearing for my 1966 chrysler imperial. Sent part back said a week to remake.. going on 1 month.. They will not answer my emails and they will not answer the phone... CHINA/TAIWAN HAVE BETTER service and QUALITY THAN THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy anytning from these people.It took over a year and a half to get my speedometer cable from them and then they sent the wrong one. I called every couple of weeks during this time and never got a responce.I made contact twice with them thats when they sent my cable but after a year and a half.I've called again and again all I want is the right speedometer cable. I REPETE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTING FROM THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!!!!!!!!

I'll try this again - I did this a week ago but see it still has not been posted.

AFter returning from a trade show, we go through issues and clear up any that are outstanding.  Following the 2012 shows, everything we showed open was taken care of.

I went back though shipping records and cannot locate a receipt showing we shipped you anything after August 2012.  I also checked our return logs, but could not find an entry for a returned bearing.  To be honest, we were still recovering from a move at that point and it might not have been logged properly when it arrived.

So here is what I offer - if you can supply documentation such as a Priority Mail deliver reciept or UPS documents, I will refund the purchase price of the bearing.

I apologize for the problem and hope this will resolve it to your satisfaction.

BULL-s**t.....This customer Mr. Burlett was not shipped the improved bearing. The following year i went to columbus ohio again found this vendor presented my reciept from the year prior.. verbally asked for a refund. The owner said he would look into it, took down my information i emailed him (steve) to find out the results of where the refund standed. "no reply".

After 8 month of not being able to drive my car I found a NOS part from a old dodge dealer. I do not need a replacement part however i make 10 dollars an hour at my job over 40 hours of hard manual labor just pissed into the wind with imperial services. Warning you Stay away folks... Mr. Burlett received an early production piece that was not properly bonded; in addition, the up-to 1964 bearing was used, which was too small for the customer's 1966 vehicle.  Following a redesign of the bearing assembly featuring an internal mechanical locking mechanism the customer was shipped the improved bearing.

We apologize for the delays in replacing the customer's part.  The improved bearing assembly has a full two year warranty but should last the life of the vehicle.
