IndyMac Mortgage Services A Division Of Onewest Bank FSB I have been without a kitchen for over 4 weeks now because of a leaking copper pipe in my lower kitchen area wall. Insurance is paying for the repairs, but Indymac is slowing the progress of my kitch Florence, South Carolina

     IndyMac Bank Mortgage Services a Division Of One West Bank, FSB is basically slowing the progress of repairs to my kitchen- family room!  I am the person who pays the mortgage! I am the person who pays the insurance on the house! I am current with all my mortgage payments! IndyMac Morgage Services is requiring me to send all insurance checks to them!  They will give out money to all contractors at 1/3 increments, with inspections stopping progress on repairs at 1/3, 80%, and completion periods of construction repairs.  I have been without a kitchen now for over 4 weeks!  IndyMac Mortgage Services returned the orginal checks I expressed mailed them over 21/2 weeks ago because they were made out to IndyMac Bank and not IndyMac Bank Mortgage Services a Division Of One West Bank!  I don't know about you, but washing dishes in the bathtube the past 4 weeks is now helping my Neck or Back!!! If they IndyMac Mortgage Services keeps this red tape on my repairs going, my physical well being will be compromised!  The mortgage company also requires that my X-husbands name needs to be on any returned checks that they dispurse!  We were divorced in 2008, he was deeded off the property February 2010, I have paid the mortgage, insurance, and taxed myself since 2006!  He (my X) filed a BK listing IndyMac as only owing $1.00 on December28, 2010. Who is the responsible person who has made payment all along??? Myself!!! Now this mortgage company requires me to have my X husband name on the check even though he has not been the person who has paid the insurance, mortgage, or taxes!!!!
