Add me to the list  of homeowners screwed over by IndyMac OneWest Bank. I hear one of the investors Michael Dell is a raging Obama supporter. Obviously Dell is a big fat liar. He throws people out of their homes. He pays off CA legislator's so that IndyMac is "exempt" from the Foreclosure Protection Laws.  What a big bowl of mess this all is for us homeowners in CA who have the unfortunate bad luck of having our mortgages with IndyMac.

IndyMac is the worst at helping homeowners.  They outright lie to their customers.  I have sent my loan modification information 4 times via fax and certified mail.  Each time I call to follow up on the status, I am told "it's in review".   IndyMac employees told me NOT to pay my mortgage as that would put me in a better negotiating position, valerie ID26V (indymac employees don't reveal their last names) specifically told me on October 8, 2009 that the loan modification process would only take 60 days and foreclosure takes 6 months, so I was in a safe spot and "IndyMac is modifying about 18,000 loans a month".  She pretty much assured me "not to worry" just follow up with us once a week.

Again by October 28, 2009 not hearing anything from IndyMac, I called and spoke with Todd CH5, I went thru the whole story with him and after putting me on hold, he said "oh yes, we have all your information. We are reviewing the loan modification materials. You should hear something very soon".   I asked "Am I going to be approved for a loan modification, I don't want to find out last second that I am denied"   Todd responded "oh know, you'll get some sort of modification."

November 2, 2009 I receive a vague denial letter from Brandon Latman, the First VP of IndyMac Mortgage.  He simply says I don't qualify.  No specifics.

IndyMac is already involved in several class action suits.  They have no intention of working with any of their customers because Michael Dell, et all purchased IndyMac's assets for pennies on the dollar therefore, they have no reason to work with customers.

Note to Michael Dell, Brandon Latman, you guys suck. I hope you all catch cancer.
