I ordered there motorola phantom digital cable descrambler box that was guaranteed to recieve all the cable channels that my cable company offered, when I got my box I hooked it up and it guess what it didnt get ANY of the cable channels and I pay for premium cable, I was just trying to get rid of the equipment rental fees from my cable company. When I called there "tech support" it was just a recording telling me to go to there web site for more info, so I did and that info was on how to return the box to the company minus the restocking fees and shipping and handling back to them of course and verious other fees... oh and I almost forgot when you call the company you get a call center there is no direct line to an accual sales rep or service tech, you get a call center.. I had to call for a week straight and left 6 messages just to place my order before I could get anyone to call me back to verify my info to get the box to ship... that should have been my first hint that this was going to be a very bad experance. after I realized that the box was not going to work for me I had to send email after email to get an RMA number and a prepaid return shipping ticket, which they charged me for, they are taking $60.00 out of my refund for the shipping to return it from las vegas Nv to Broomfield Co by Ups ground... and the best part of all is when the unit arrived and I opened the box the unit was in poor condition, it was all scratched up and the serial number sticker on it said that it was made in 2004.. This company has a customer video testmonial on their site showing this unit in action and the customer is saying that all you have to do is take it out of the box and plug it in and you will get all pay channels and all pay per views, when I asked the sales rep she told me that in fact this motorola phantom would work and I would be able to get all the channels that my cable company offers but when I pluged it in I only was able to pick up basic cable! and I pay for premium cable! there tech support did say you have to call your cable company to have them activate the box, so when I called my cable provider told me there was no way they would activate that unit, because it doesnt run on there software and the company that sold it to me knows that no cable company would activate a unit that the cable company cannot control!!!! Now 2 weeks later Im still waiting on my refund.. ADVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
