Dear Consumer,
I do apologize but we were experiencing techincal difficulties with the website. Our phones were functioning yesterday and without knowing the option you chose I am not sure what may have occurred. Please call our office during the hours of M-F 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at 1-877-322-8355 and try pressing option 1 then option 1 again. This will bypass the IVR system and get you straight to an agent for assistance.
