Gabriel,
As your response directly from the BBB states, you did not meet the requirements as stated on the rebate form.
If you feel that both our rebate team and the BBB are mistaken on the facts, please contact me at ddennis(at)inphonic.com and include your order number in your email. I will request copies of the documentation to double check and confirm the postmark date and date of the wireless bill.
If, as is usually the case in these disputes, we prove that your application was not filed properly, we will we happy to send you copies of all the documentation so you have proof that we did not make any mistakes, and so you can continue to shop online with confidence.
regards,
Doreen Dennis

Had a response from thwe Washington DC BBB and InPhonic has a good false story as to why rebate was not paid. Rebates sent too soon, not a proper receipt from cell company that all account paid in full etc. A RIP OFF!
