I was contacted by a man who spoke very broken english. He left a message on my voicemail saying I would be thrown in jail tomorrow for not repaying a payday loan for over 800.00. I have never taken a loan in that amount. I called the number back and got a hold of a very rude person who called me a criminal. He had all of my personal information.

He stated that the local police would serve me paperwork tomorrow. I need to appear in California court in 2 days. I have a very sick feeling that this is a total scam.
