instant tax service rip off claiming someone stole their software miami, Florida

went into instant tax service on the 19th of Jan.to get a loan that the company was advrtising.Sat down with the tax preparer by the name of Samantha after going over the loan information she imformed me that I was approved for 800.00 dollars and I would get half on that day and the other half when the IRS OPENED UP.then I asked her for a qoute of my tax refund because she did inform me that if i get the loan i would have to file my taxes with them which is understandble.so I  agreeded.what she did not discuss was the fees 608.00 okay moving she prepared my taxes I filed head of household and 2 dependents and my school cerdit.so the refund would be 8,796 and should be receving it on the 28th of FEB.however I received a call from instant tax service on the 25th of JAN.saying that my taxes had already been filed and that everything is okay and went through.However on the 28th of Jan.I received another call saying that IRS rejected my taxes due to my ss# had alredy been used.went up to instant tax because something was not adding up you told me that my taxes went through on the 25th and now you're telling me in th 28th that they are rejected.so I called the IRS while at the tax office only to find out that the reason why my taxes was being rejected because the IRS had informed me that they already had acknowledge a refund for me from instant tax service so I asked her the amount of the refund and IRS repersentive told me the amount was 3,742.I said thats not me she said you're calling from instant tax service right I sai yes.she said okay read me the refund amount off your 1040 form i read it to her.with all that being said they had already iled my taxes and telling me that they were rejected.we speaking to the owner he told me that someone stole thei software.these people need to be put away. so now I have to go through all this foolishness to get my money.went to the office for my file however samantha no longer work their,I NEED HELP  TO PUT THEM AWAY...
