Integretel ripoff Fradulant phone charges Internet

Integretel, Inc. placed a charge on my phone bill for a call that was not made by me. It was somehow related to me using the internet. AOL has heard of this company and knows what they are doing, but they cannot help. They tell me to talk to my phone company and put a block on 900 numbers. That block has been there for years, and my phone company says that it cannot block these charges over the internet, they can only block them if they are dialed from my phone.
