Some local phone companies are being part of the problem too. I have had this happen, tho other 3rd party companies were involved. Contact Pac Bell, and setup a block to all 3rd party calls and billing. This will help you next time. Threaten to file with the ftc.gov and do that anyway. Complaints will help.
While the little companies like OAN and USBI and this one ARE the problem, the local phone companies like pac bell and verizon are getting some kickback in this, and they are NOT acting in consumer best interest.
They will also claim that someone in the house did this on the internet, which is fictional in many cases.
DO NOT PAY for any calls you did not make.
